We see patients by
appointment and will try our best to accommodate your schedule and
to make the appointment with the provider you prefer. We advise you
to call several months in advance to schedule your annual exam. If
you need a mammogram, ultrasound or bone density scan, please
request that at the time that you schedule your gynecological
appointment. Established patients will receive a yearly reminder
when it is time to make their appointment.
When making an
appointment, please tell the receptionist in which of the three
offices you would like to be seen and the reason for your visit
(problem or annual) so that we can allocate enough time for your
visit . If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us
as far in advance as possible. If you have an emergency, your
regular provider may not be available and you may have to be seen by
one of the other providers.
Please take
traffic and travel time into consideration when making your
appointment. If you are late for your appointment your provider may
not be able to see you. We will make every effort to have you seen,
but in some cases your appointment will need to be rescheduled |
